Gráinne O’Meara is Vice President of Human Resources for EMEA at Merit Medical ltd, where she leads the people strategy across commercial, distribution, and manufacturing operations, including three key production sites in Europe.

The Irish site is in Galway employing 900 employees and over 8000 globally.

She partners closely with senior leadership to drive organisational effectiveness, build high-performing teams, enabling business growth and is particularly passionate about aligning talent strategy to business outcomes.

Her focus spans workforce planning, leadership capability and creating engaging, high-performance teams.

Prior to joining Merit Medical, Gráinne held roles across Europe with Schneider Electric, Aptar, Currys PC World, and GE.
