Through the discovery process that shaped our new strategy, we heard a clear message: our next stage of growth is not about doing more, it’s about doing things differently.

Building on our strong foundation, our 2026-2028 strategy positions Irish Medtech Skillnet as a catalyst for capability, collaboration, and foresight in the medtech sector. This strategy builds on a trusted foundation while accelerating our evolution towards deeper collaboration, foresight and capability-building. It honours the professionalism and impact that define us, while charting a path to amplify influence through strategic partnerships and innovation. Over the next three years, we will turn alignment into action, embedding structured learning pathways, expanding SME engagement and strengthening foresight partnerships with Irish Medtech (Ibec), Skillnet Ireland and our industry partners to ensure that learning translates into measurable sector impact. By combining purpose with data and collaboration with innovation, we will continue to power talent and knowledge for Ireland’s medtech ecosystem.
