Annette Costello is a Principal Specialist in Technical Training at Stryker, based in Limerick, Ireland.

Since joining the organisation in 2001, she has held diverse roles across Product Development, HR, Learning & Development, Quality, and Technical Training. She now works closely with business teams and global process owners to design and deliver large-scale technical training programmes aligned with organisational needs. She provides strategic direction on the design, deployment, and continuous improvement of training initiatives, ensuring they are sustainable, measurable, and effective.

Annette holds a BA in Training and Education from NUI Galway and has been a member of the Irish Medtech Steering Committee for over a decade. In 2024, she received a Skillnet Ireland award recognising her outstanding contribution to the medtech sector.
